Client: EuroCollision Center
20,500 sq. ft.
Working on EuroCollision Center presented many challenges as it pertains to the typical Colorado terrain. Retaining for the water and dirt on this sloped site was an interesting task. We had to install a 12’ above grade retaining wall and cover this area with native Colorado foliage.
As one of the top four auto body facilities in the area, we built a building to house state-of-the-art equipment including trench drainage, prep bays, and paint booths needing pits with up-to-date fire and air filtering equipment.
Aesthetics, not only for Douglas
County, were an important consideration for the owner.
Dealing with a discriminating customer, the owner wanted a modern
facility with ceiling height and light for customer appeal.
In the appraisal area, we built a 2-story office to utilize the space
more efficiently. To provide extra
room, light, and visibility to street traffic, we added 2-feet to the
cylindrical shaped entryway as part of the process of construction.
