¨ New Store Treat Center
Colorado Springs, CO
Architect: Tony Livaudais
Size: 2100 sf
This store is the first ground-up complete Cornerstone in the nation. Steve (the owner) and his managers know exactly what they're doing about operating a treat store. It has been a pleasure to build Steve a store and learn some things along the way.
This store has some very nice features.
Large coolers built inside the building
White environmentally smart roof
insulated panels (R-24) walls
Colored concrete on the patio
Black railing around the patio
Large poured concrete trash enclosure
plywood walls in the kitchen
State of the art HVAC system
1,000 gallon grease trap
Bright colorful awnings
Wall to wall tile inside the store
Efficient and convenient handicap parking spaces
Trash enclosure that doesn't use parking area
The inside works very well to serve the customer and the Employee.
This project was completed in just 4 months to make sure the owner had as much time as possible to sell ice cream during the summer months. Next time you get to Colorado Springs stop in for some ice cream and I know that you will be impressed with the quality of this construction project.
